A Life Lived in Purpose
With over 13 years of experience in the REALTOR® association world, including more than 3 years as CEO, I’ve served at every level of leadership, from behind-the-scenes operations to strategic advocacy at the state and national level. I’ve navigated wildfires, economic shifts, and a global pandemic while keeping our members informed, empowered, and connected. But beyond the job titles and board meetings, my mission remains deeply personal: I believe in saying the hard things and living the whole truth. I bring my full self into every room; whether I’m guiding a team, mentoring a future leader, or writing words that heal. Leadership isn’t about a title. It’s about impact.
